The call for applications

Applications and completed films (with English subtitles) for participation in the competition program are accepted strictly from June 15 to August 31, 2025. Films without English subtitles will not be accepted.

Please be aware that the version stated in the application is considered final and cannot be replaced!

Films received after August 31 are not allowed into the competition!

We hereby confirm the free transfer of rights to the organizing committee of Northern Character Film Festival for use under a non-exclusive license for non-commercial demonstration of the program presented by us and specified in this application within the framework of Northern Character film festival and film marathon in the Murmansk region in regional and municipal cultural institutions (excluding feature films).
